User Reviews

A Review comes in two forms:

• Rating: A rating represented by a score ranging from 1 to 5 stars displayed on the Users' profiles.
• Written Comment: A written comment displayed on the Users' profiles. A comment can only be submitted after a rating has been given.

The submission of Reviews implies prior acceptance and compliance with these rules and must be done in a fair and constructive spirit.

Review Submission

As part of our services, Users can submit a Review in the following cases:

• Buyers and Sellers can leave a Review for each other after a Transaction conducted between them on the Site or the Applications.
• It is not possible to leave a rating or comment regarding a Buyer or Seller with whom the User has not conducted a Transaction.
• The Buyer is free to recommend or not recommend the Seller after each Transaction, and vice versa; each party commits to leaving only objective and fair Reviews.

No compensation of any kind is provided to Users in exchange for the ratings and comments left online.

Display and Use of Reviews

The arithmetic mean of the ratings given by all Users who have recommended a Private Seller or Buyer after finalizing a Transaction is displayed:

• On the profile of the Private Seller or Buyer.
• On each listing of the Advertiser that has already received at least one review.

The list of Reviews is accessible by clicking on the stars present in the summary of the User's profile.

Publication Timing and Ranking of Reviews

The Review will be published after the Seller and Buyer have given each other a rating and/or comment, or after a specified time has elapsed following the Transaction.

In the absence of a Review submitted by either party upon the expiration of this period, a positive automatic rating will be given to the Seller or Buyer.

The publication of the rating and comment occurs within a maximum of 15 days following a Transaction, and they are ranked in chronological order of publication on the Site.

Review Moderation

Annoncio does not control the Reviews submitted by Sellers and Buyers before their publication.

If the User concerned by a published comment believes it to be offensive, insulting, or obscene, they can report it by clicking the "Report" button under the comment and explaining the issue encountered.

Modification and Deletion of Reviews

No comment can be modified by its author or by Annoncio.

If a reported Review violates any applicable legal provision or our Code of Conduct, Annoncio will remove the Review.

Personal Data

In the event that the author of a Review subsequently deletes their Personal Account, their username will no longer be visible, and a note will indicate that the Review originates from a deleted account. The comment already published by the User who deleted their account will be removed and will no longer be visible on the profile of the User who received the comment.

Otherwise, as long as the User is active, their Reviews are retained. A User is considered inactive if their account has been manually deleted or if they have not interacted with the site for a specified period.
